Justin Bieber Sends Missy Franklin a Gift
A four-time gold medalist and swimming phenom Missy Franklin tells Matt Lauer on TODAY show that she gets free gift from her favorite idol, Justin Bieber. The 17-year-old olympian from Colorado told TODAY:
“He sent me a huge care package, which was so awesome. I walk home and my mom is so cute. She took everything out and set it out on the table, and I had T-shirts and CDs and posters and all that stuff.”
Missy says she’s looking forward to JB’s Denver tour stop in January:
“My friend actually bought me tickets for my birthday, so we’re going to go, and I think we might be able to get backstage passes hopefully.”
This isn’t the first time Justin sent props to Franklin. After she won her first gold medal late last month, He called her out in a tweet. “Heard @FranklinMissy is a fan of mine, now im a fan of hers too. CONGRATS on winning GOLD! #muchlove.” and Franklin replied: “I just died! Thank you!”
