Mariah Yeater Demands Justin Bieber to TAKE Another DNA Tes
Mariah Yeater desperately wants a DNA test – just not the one Justin Bieber took last week, her lawyer claimed on Nov 23rd, reports NYdailynews.com
Mariah’s lawyer Jeffery Leving said …Mariah deserves the right to meet Justin with her baby and lawyers present and watch while he gets his cheek swabbed for DNA testing, he said.
Justin Bieber took DNA test last Friday in New Jersey without Mariah Yeater.
“I want a new DNA test with both sides together at a lab in California as soon as possible,” Leving told the Daily News. “As soon as I tell her to do it, she’ll do it. We need proper protocol and a chain of custody.”
Leving said reps for Justin Bieber made a unilateral decision when they sent Justin for a test at a New Jersey laboratory last Friday.
“For me to feel comfortable, I want a member of my legal team in the room when Justin Bieber’s genetic fluid is sampled,” he said. “This case is unique in terms of media interest, celebrity and the amount of potential child support at issue. There could be motives on the parts of many different people to corrupt the evidence.”

Mariah Yeater will submit her baby-son for DNA testing … this according to her lawyer.
On Nov 23, Attorney Jeffrey Leving tells TMZ.com … Mariah is NOT avoiding the DNA test, and can’t wait to compare baby Tristyn’s DNA with Justin Bieber’s DNA.
But Leving says he DOES have a big problem with the DNA test Justin has already taken, because Yeater’s team was not present while Bieber’s DNA was administered. And he has no idea if Bieber DNA test was done using proper controls.
Although members of Justin’s team have told TMZ, Yeater and her team had gone radio silent since Justin took the test on Friday, Leving says his co-counsel has been in touch with Justin’s lawyer, Howard Weitzman, Monday and Tuesday.

Justin Bieber took a DNA test on Friday in New Jersey to disprove Mariah Yeater’s claims that he’s the daddy of her son, a source confirms to Us Weekly.
According to TMZ, Justin took the test at a lab under “very controlled circumstances.” Now it’s Yeater’s turn to provide a DNA sample from her son Tristyn to see whether Justin’s DNA matches up.
Last week, Scooter Braun, told Extra that Bieber was “ready to take a paternity test, at any moment.”
The announcement was a surprise, since Bieber is not obligated to take the test. Yeater, 20, had claimed that she had sex with Bieber backstage at an L.A. concert in October 2010, but she dropped her paternity suit earlier this month.

Mariah Yeater Text Messages, BUSTED! Robbie is the Real Daddy!

Justin Bieber’s alleged baby mama, Mariah Yeater sent a text message Wednesday to a friend, begging him to erase an incriminating text in which her mom says someone OTHER than Justin Bieber is the real baby daddy, and then promising to give him a cut of the action when she scores a payday, reports TMZ.com
The person to whom Mariah Yeater sent the text asked TMZ to blur his name — we’ll call him John. He has been in touch with Yeater regularly … even before the baby was born on July 6.
In the text, Mariah Yeater pleads for John to “ERASE ALL MESSAGES from my mom.” The text goes on to say that her mom sent John messages in the past, stating that baby Tristyn was fathered by Robbie — an ex-boyfriend.
She then goes on to talk about giving John money if he cooperates: “Ill kick u when we get paid.”
All of her texts end with Mariah Laci– Laci is Mariah Yeater’s middle name. 
And TMZ has seen many other texts between Mariah and John. In one text, Mariah writes, “[John], would you please stress to Robbie how important it is for him to be in his son’s life?..” Apparently, Mariah forgot about this text, because she didn’t ask John to erase it.

Christmas in Rockefeller Center, New York City will feature a performance by Justin Bieber, NBC revealed yesterday.
Amazingly, Justin Bieber won’t be the only Canadian singer who’s just released a Christmas album — Michael Buble will also make an appearance, as will American Idol season five alum Katherine McPhee, Javier Colon, winner of NBC’s The Voice, and also Cee Lo Green. They’ll be singing a mix of current hits and Christmas classics on the show, which airs on NBC at 8 to 9 p.m. ET on November 30.
According to AP, the Christmas tree was cut down Wednesday in Mifflinville, PA. It will be decorated with 30,000 multicolored LED lights. It will take 5 miles of wire to cover the tree.
We love Christmas and can’t wait to watch the holiday spirit officially come to life when New York City lights the Rockefeller Christmas Tree for the 79th time!
