Youtube lip singer Keenan Cahil told HollywoodLife.com that he is going to work with Justin Bieber when his new album (#Believe?) is released!
Keenan Cahill is known for his hilarious lip-singing videos with celebrity guest appearances from some of the biggest stars in the music industry. He had worked with 50 Cent, LMFAO, Katy Perry, and the cast of Glee Live, and expect to see him with Justin very soon.
“Definitely in October hopefully it will pan out. Justin said around October when his album comes out he wants to do something,” said Keenan told Hollywoodlife at the Staples For Students/DoSomething.org Campaign at the Globe Theater in Universal Studios last week.

Justin Bieber Is Working With Chris Brown And Kanye West On His New Album
Justin Bieber revealed that he is working with both Chris Brown and Kanye West on his new album. Justin couldn’t give an exact date that the album would arrive, and it also sounds like a lot of what will be on the album isn’t set in stone yet. Chances are the album will drop late this year or early next year, so Justin has a while to figure out what music he will include on the CD and who he will collaborate with. We can’t wait to hear the finished product!

The event isn’t actually a concert but rather the 33rd annual Georgia Music Hall of Fame Awards. Justin Bieber will perform at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre on Sept. 17, 2011.
This year’s honorees include Justin Bieber’s vocal coach and music mentor Jan Smith, and his performance will be a tribute to his professional companion.
Jan Smith told Access Atlanta: “He’s working on a new record that’s going to be a benchmark for him, His fans are certainly waiting to see what he’s going to do next.”

Selena Gomez doesn’t like Justin Bieber Friends, Now They Broke UP? + JB Cried!
Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez are said to have broken up over JB’s friends (Chris Brown, Lil Wayne and Sean Kingston).
Jelena allegedly ended their relationship after Justin attended a recent Selena concert in Florida with Sean Kingston, who was jailed at the age of 11 for breaking and entering.
Selena has also ordered Justin Bieber to avoid his rapper friend Lil Wayne, who holds several gun and drug possession charges, and Chris Brown, who infamously assaulted ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.
A source told The Sun. “She didn’t want him to crash her gig. They had a huge row and said it was good they were having time apart while she was on tour.”

Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez 'split' over Sean Kingston and Chris Brown
It's a situation most couples have faced and one point or another - what to do when you don't like your other half's friends.
Selena decided to break up with boyfriend Justin for exactly that reason, according to reports.
The decision came after Bieber came to one of Selena's gigs in Florida with rapper and singer Sean Kingston in tow.
Kingston, singer of smash hit Beautiful Girls, was arrested for burglary when he was a youngster.
Bieber is also a mate of rapper Lil Wayne, a former convict who was sent to prison on a gun-charge.
A friend close to 19-year-old Gomez told The Sun: 'Selena told him to stop hanging with these bad people.
'She didn't want him to crash her gig. They had a huge row and said it was good they were having time apart while she was on tour.'
But the Never Say Never singer was back to his old tricks the following day, as he was seen driving pal Kingston through Miami.
